The secret to our gastronomic success lies in the friendly and warm atmosphere which has been winning back customers since 1966. The hospitality experience always begins with a taste of our top plum brandy “šljivovica”, prepared under rich domestic furnaces which mirror a perfect aroma of Arilje’s rivers and mountains. Our hills are also known for their excellent choice of beef and lamb which are skillfully prepared under the “sač” way(made under clay pan), a traditional recipe used by the founding fathers of excellent Serbian cuisine.
